Broadband ADSL Service Migrations

Please contact the Proweb Broadband Department on 0115 9118 488 for more information on Migrations As well as now being free of set up charge, Migrations are about to become quicker and easier. From the 2nd August losing ISPs will need to generate a MAC key, (Migration Authorisation Code) which will be given to the gaining ISP to facilitate the Migration.

The lead time of a Migration will now drop from 4 Weeks to 1 Week, and getting the MAC code itself means the migration is already approved, so we dont have to wait for approval emails bouncing back and forth.

When ordering online from the 2nd August you will be asked for the MAC key, or if you are using an order form please mark the MAC key on the front. Please note when migrating you MUST order the identical product that you currently have.
