Broadband EMail Support

If you are experiencing problems sending or receiving emails through your Proweb (UK) Ltd broadband account, please review the information below prior to contacting our support centre.

If you have previously had your email service through Proweb (UK) Ltd prior to having Proweb (UK) Ltd Broadband, your incoming mail service will be unchanged. The settings are as follows:

POP3 Server: pop.proweb.net
Username: your@fullemailaddress.extension
Password: your password (case sensitive)

For outgoing mail, please contact your account manager on 01159 118 488, who will be pleased to advise you of the settings.
