It is important to note that we do not anticipate any issues or disruption with the services we provide and we do have a fully tested plan we are putting into place to enable our staff to work from home.
There will be no change to how you can get in touch with us via phone, email or our reporting software however our offices will remain closed to the public.
Thank you for your understanding.
Broadband ADSL is a high speed internet connection which works utilising your telephone line.
Upgrading your line to carry digital signals instead of the current analogue system makes it capable of carrying data at a much higher rate than ever before without interrupting your existing telephony services.
After paying your regular subscription charge there are no additional call charges and the subscription price will not change no matter how often or little you use the line (subject to fair use policy).
