What is SPF?
SPF is an extension to Internet email. It prevents unauthorised people from forging your email address.
For it to work, you must send your email (outgoing smtp) through an authorised server otherwise,
the system may mistake you for an unauthorised person.
If your mail was inadvertently blocked by a receiver who uses SPF, read on.

However, has announced using SPF that it does not send mail out through unknown IP which is why the mail was rejected.
If you are unknown sender: you must send email through one of the authorised email servers or you can requested that we add your preferred email server to your domains SPF record by contacting This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

If you did not send the message:
SPF successfully blocked a forgery
attempt; someone tried to send mail pretending to be from you, but the message
was rejected before anybody saw it. If you received a bounce message, you can
delete it. This means SPF is working as designed.
