Due to the recent inclement weather conditions in the UK, BTW have advised that this has had a significant impact on their network infrastructure

As a result of these conditions BTW have declared MBORC (Matters Beyond our Reasonable Control) in the following 11 areas for all repair activities with effect from 14:00 30 November 2012.

Any request for broadband repairs will be handled on a per case basis, times for engineer visits can be extended by up to 4 weeks.
